Nearly a hundred people gathered in downtown Bellingham, WA, (June 1) to hear speakers, offer support, and commend the efforts of Evan Knappenberger in his week-long vigil to call attention to the US administration’s STOP-LOSS and Inactive Reserve (Ready Reserve, or IRR) policies.
