White House spokesman Tony Fratto noted that it came 109 days after Bush sent his emergency spending request to Congress. ...So What the hell is Tony (obviously a career criminal) Fratto trying to get at? Even with Bush's veto of the first spending bill, the Democratic majority in Congress got his emergency (kill more of our troops to protect his ego) funding to him ten days faster than last years Republican majority did. Our Democrats in Congress might disappoint us when they do a centrist "New Democrat" wimp-out, but they can't be said to drag their feet about it.
At least they get a gold star for punctuality
