Since 1966, local Whatcom county residents have gathered each Friday from 4-5 PM in front of the Federal Building in downtown Bellingham to express their firm commitment to creating a world full of peace. In recent years, peace groups in Skagit County started their own weekly Friday evening vigil in Mount Vernon to express their solidarity with the Whatcom Peace Vigil.my new sign....gotta keep tryin'
