Campaign Season Is Here - Get Involved

You might have thought things political would be quieting down for awhile now that Barak Obama has won the Democratic Presidential nomination.

But it ain't so! Candidate filing closed yesterday and now it's campaign season in Washington State.

With the new winnowing election, that's replaced the primary, there's no time to waste. Winnowing ballots will be in the mail August 1st, a mere 10 weeks away. Precious little time to get to know the candidates and where they stand on important issues.

If you're interested in getting involved here's an invitation from the Whatcom County Democrats.
