Lip service to family and community

I just listened to Bush's Saturday radio address. He gave a glowing review of the Clinton Administration, sighted statistics showing that teen pregnancy, juvenile crime and drug crime have decreased in the past decade. He spoke about his commitment to family values. And to demonstrate his commitment, he said he was asking congress for more money for random drug testing in schools and abstinence only sex education. I guess his approach would have to be described as a clean and pregnant policy.
